West Wicklow Yoga teaches classes in a fun, non evasive, safe and relaxed environment teaching each student to work with what's comfortable and then gradually progressing with postures.
Beginners Yoga
Teaches you the foundations of basic postures and breathwork where the teacher recognises modifications for each student and gives individual attention when required. Strengthening, suppleness, agility and core work improved. Get to know your body and learn how to breath. Also suitable for someone who hasn’t practised in a long time.
Morning Yoga Class
A kick start for the day. Practice Sun Salutations, back bends and a workout for strengthening and flexibility, moving in and out of postures with ease. Experience clarity throughout the day. Awaken mind and body. All welcome.
Yoga Level 2
For students who practise yoga and sports enthusiasts. This class guides you through a range of postures and breath-synchronised movement in an aerobic style developing a stronger practice experiencing great physical benefits and liberating the mind.
West Wicklow Yoga always incorporates relaxation and meditation techniques into each class quietening the mind, relaxing the body and allowing space and time for deep peacefulness.
